Dr. Alan Hartford

Dr. Alan Hartford, Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Massachusetts Chan School of Medicine and Associate Director of QARC-IROC-RI, quality-assurance core of the National Cancer Institute's National Clinical Trials Network, was recently selected for The Presidential Award by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).
