She started her international modeling career at 13 and went on to win the Miss Universe title in 1992 at the age of 19 for Namibia. Founded the Michelle McLean Children Trust, built schools and raised over $40 million dollars for education over the last 29 years. She is a recognized Keynote Speaker at conferences on Empowering women in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Success under Pressure, and the Business of Beauty.
She offers seminars, workshops and coaching for women entrepreneurs, and those in the corporate world, as well as in the beauty, modeling and pageant industries.
Michelle provides life coaching to new graduates, making the transition into the business arena, as well as women executives, helping them with confidence building and how to maximize the power of personal branding.
Michelle specializes in techniques scientifically proven in reducing stress and pressure, and coping with work interviews, speeches and presentations.

It has initiated and run hundreds of projects over the past 29 years, including 10 projects for international celebrities, Angelia Jolie and Brad Pitt. Raising over $40 million dollars.
A UNICEF ambassador for many years, Michelle also worked with Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu, the Founder of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in South Africa as an ambassador for SOS Children’s Villages.
