Vanessa Deas, CEO at AmeriFrance & Gestion Locative à Miami was just recently selected as Woman of the Year for 2020 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).  

Vanessa will be announced as Woman of the Year at IAOTP’s 2019 Annual Award Gala being held in Las Vegas. She received Top Business Innovator of the Year for 2019 and was honoured at IAOTP’s Annual Awards Gala held at The Plaza in NYC last year.

Vanessa Deas is being recognized for having over a decade of professional experience in the Property Management industry. She has proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in the field who has demonstrated success not only with Property Management but has also been successful in wealth management. Vanessa’s impressive repertoire of past roles include; Manager for Olivia Valere; Market Research Analyst for a French brokerage and now CEO for AmeriFrance Investment & Gestion Locative a Miami where Vanessa currently manages over $20 million dollars in investments.

Vanessa created the website “Rental Management in Miami” which has dominated the top of all the search engines very quickly. She has led the company to fast success with more than 70 properties in management in 6 months. Vanessa’s key responsibilities are to manage assets of French and international clientele (20 nationalities and over $20 million dollars), new business development, strategic planning, managing all types of properties: houses, apartments and yield buildings. Vanessa aims to maximize the profitability of all of her client’s investments and says that “Rigor, honesty, availability and transparency in accounting are the principles on which her company is based.”

Vanessa graduated from Sciences – Po Paris in International Relations and Sorbonne University in Spanish and Lettres Modernes. In 2003, she moved to Spain in Marbella where she managed various companies including the famous “Club Olivia Valère” until 2006.

Throughout Vanessa’s illustrious career she has received many awards, accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. For 2018 she graced the front cover of TIP (Top Industry Professional) Magazine, was named Empowered Woman of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals and received the “Top Female Executive” Award. For 2017, she was selected as “Top CEO of the Year” by IAOTP. Vanessa is an honoured member of the Worldwide Association of Female Professionals. She belongs to the Real Estate Network of the French Grandes Ecoles (Centrale, Essec, HEC, Sciences Po) and is trilingual speaking French, English and Spanish.
